El Nuevo Paraiso
El Nuevo Paraiso serves up heaping vegetarian plates of tigrillo for breakfast and brunch. This is a traditional Ecuadorian dish, but the best part is, they have a hearty vegetarian version. At El Nuevoo Paraiso, this typical Ecuadorian dish includes: perfectly cooked plantains, beans, avocado, small salad, and if you wish, a soy fillet. Spice it up with some hot sauce.
